Lingyi is an award-winning branding designer. They work with clients across diverse industries—including culture, gaming, tech, healthcare, and consulting—helping them define brand positioning and build cohesive, future-facing brand systems.
In addition to their design practice, Lingyi teaches interaction and UI/UX design at Parsons and RISD. Their cross-disciplinary work explores the intersection of visual storytelling and technology and has been exhibited in museums, galleries, bookstores, and digital platforms worldwide.

"Love is Blind" is a visual acuity chart to symbolize love's impermanence, loneliness, and illusion of fulfillment.
The poster shows how love's blindness envelops individuals, revealing only 愛 (the Chinese character for love) regardless of clarity or perception.

"Narrative of Love," a thematic exhibition for the 751 International Design Festival, is co-hosted by the Central Academy of Fine Arts School of Design and the Cumulus International Association of Universities and Colleges of Art, Design, 2023, Beijing.

The exhibition responds to the festival's focus on "Heritage of Love" and reflects on contemporary concerns. "Narrative of Love" features a dedicated archival section that explores the concept of love from three perspectives: ideas, tools, and challenges. The exhibition utilizes a diverse range of mediums including academic literature, dynamic video, art posters, original music, spatial installations, and cultural dialogues to interpret the concept of love.

Lingyi’s work “Love is Blind” was chosen for the poster exhibition.
